Aroma Red stewed berries are followed by ginger spice and pressed apple. Toffee notes give way to raspberry compote and cocoa powder. 

Taste Rich blackcurrant combines with Demerara sugar and clementine. Dark plum and figs are balanced by black pepper. 

Finish Full and long with charred oak and dark forest fruit.
