Aroma Rich vanilla custard combines with banana and herbal influences.  A hint of cocoa powder gives way to lemon and grapefruit peel.

Taste Ripe green apple leads to pie crust and toasted almonds.  Heather honey comes to the fore alongside mango and charred oak.

Finish  Medium-bodied with lingering tropical fruit and cocoa powder.
