Aroma Fragrant vanilla pod gives way to rich sultana and subtle dark chocolate. Seville orange zest combines with clove and toasted oak. 

Taste Cinnamon and ginger spice complement dark forest fruits with a subtle hint of aniseed. Notes of baked apple lead to stewed raisins with a faint herbal influence. 

Finish Full and long with lasting Summer berries and citrus.
