Aroma Stewed sultana aromas with mixed spices and caramelised demerara sugar. Milk chocolate, Seville orange, and subtle gingerbread come to the fore.

Taste Smooth and sweet with baked apple followed by a touch of black pepper and fresh citrus. Toasted walnut and charred oak provide balance.

Finish Medium-bodied finish with lingering fruit, finishing with fresh peppermint.
