Aroma Stewed raisin complements Medjool dates and soft aniseed. Fresh ginger leads to orange peel and aged leather.

Taste Autumnal spices and fruitcake are balanced by white pepper. Blackcurrant and roasted coffee beans come to the fore alongside charred oak.

Finish Full and long finish with lingering citrus and plum skin.
