Nose  Rich blackcurrant infuses with treacle and aniseed. Dark cherry develops alongside tangerine and faint beeswax polish.

Taste Orange zest combines with redcurrant, followed by black pepper. Ripe red apple comes to the fore accompanied by tart raspberry and liquorice.

Finish  Medium-bodied with lingering fruit cake and ginger spice.
