Aroma Sherry influences combine with ripe blackcurrant and charred oak. Rich pressed apple aromas develop alongside subtle grapefruit.

Taste Sweet toffee flavours compliment cinnamon and ginger spice. Raspberry compote comes to the fore accompanied by demerara sugar and roasted hazelnuts.

Finish Medium and sweet with lingering toasted almonds and spice.
