Aroma Fragrant tropical pineapple and mango notes combine with spiced pear. Sweet Seville orange notes give way to subtle vanilla and rich smoke.

Taste Cured meat flavours lead to citrus zest and a hint of walnut. Dried apricot comes to the fore alongside aniseed and black pepper. 

Finish Full and long finish with lingering honeydew melon and bonfire embers.
