Aroma Stewed raisin aromas combine with clementine and subtle marzipan notes. Soft clove spice gives way to black cherry and a hint of aniseed.

Taste Vibrant tart raspberry flavours complement toasted almond with lemon zest undertones. Dark chocolate comes to the fore alongside grapefruit and charred oak.

Finish Long and spicy finish with lingering red fruit and tannins.
