Aroma Sweet and festive; rich Sherry aromas followed by mixed spice. Juicy clementine and ripe Autumnal apple. Underlying notes of raisin and toasted almond notes slowly transform into delicate menthol.

Taste Mouth-warming fresh ginger slowly transforms into sweet flavours of stewed plum. Rich Morello cherry notes are balanced with traces of charred oak.

Finish Long and lingering with delicate aniseed on the finish.
