Aroma Stewed raisin aromas combine with orange peel and faint notes of beeswax polish. Baked spiced apples give way to vanilla pod and soft nutmeg. 

Taste Cinnamon spice flavours are followed by marmalade and toasted almonds. Roasted coffee beans come to the fore, leading to Morello cherry and hazelnuts.

Finish A long finish with sultanas and a sweet sherry influence.
