Aroma Medjool date with sweet cured meats and pineapple. Vanilla fudge comes to the fore alongside red apple and mature oak.

Taste Stewed red berries complement demerara sugar and lemon zest. Rich smoke gives way to milk chocolate and soft black pepper.

Finish Medium-bodied and spicy with lingering citrus peel and bonfire embers.
