Aroma Sweet; aromas of forest fruits and stewed pear are followed by light notes of cinnamon spice. An undertone of orange peel develops alongside a hint of oak.

Taste Red fruits initially; strawberries and raspberries leading to an undertone of sweet liquorice. Baked red apple and candied peel give way to traces of roasted nut.

Finish A medium-bodied and long finish; strawberry lingers throughout with a subtle black pepper edge.
