Aroma Plump, ripe strawberries covered with rich vanilla cream join aromas of gooseberry and pear. Butter shortbread notes develop into delicate sugared violets.

Taste Smooth; warming cracked black pepper complements tangy rhubarb, sweet brown sugar, and toasted oats. Flavour of candied lime emerge and give way to liquorice root with woody undertones.

Finish Drying; cocoa powder lingers with a charred edge.
