Aroma Stewed apple and blackcurrant jam complement gentle smoky notes. Brown sugar comes to the fore alongside rich fudge with undertones of lemon zest.

Taste Subtle banana gives way to strawberry liquorice with a hint of cinnamon spice. Dark toffee and roasted hazelnut lead to black pepper and a light herbal edge.

Finish A medium-bodied creamy finish with mixed nuts and gentle spice.
