Aroma Sweet cured meat aromas complement crisp apple and vanilla fudge notes. Lemon gives way to apricot and poached pear.

Taste Sweet and smooth with banana and honeycomb flavours balanced by cracked black pepper. Subtle orange and lime combine with sweet smoke.

Finish Medium-bodied and long with citrus fruit and a faint smoke note.
