Aroma Rich red apple and vanilla pod aromas lead to hints of dried banana. Pineapple and coconut are balanced by hints of bonfire embers.

Taste Smooth flavours of poached pear and honey give way to undertones of cured meat. Notes of demerara sugar develop alongside rich pineapple and coconut.

Finish A medium finish with subtle spice and lingering sweet smoke.
