Aroma Rich fruitcake and clementine notes give way to subtle beeswax polish. Dark toffee comes to the fore alongside cinnamon spice and toasted almonds.

Taste Stewed fruit compliments bitter dark chocolate and Brazil nut. Sweet liquorice and toasted oak develops. Balanced by black pepper.

Finish A full and slightly dry finish with forest fruit. Clove and orange.
