Aroma: Rich raisins and subtly dried banana aromas are balanced by notes of aged leather.  Red apple develops alongside orange zest and festive spices.

Taste: Smooth raspberry flavours infuse with dried tobacco and white pepper.  Stewed plums give way to blackberry leaves and mature oak.

Finish: Medium-bodied with lasting herbal notes and lemon.
