Aroma Sweet Seville orange aromas compliment fragrant pineapple alongside a hint of pickled quince. Crystallised violet notes develop alongside lime, hazelnuts and black pepper.

Taste Ripe red apples intertwine with dark honey and subtle ginger. Rich exotic fruit flavours give way to a faint herbal edge.

Finish Full and lightly spiced with lasting citrus and aniseed.
