Aroma Sweet poached pears and demerara sugar aromas complement roasted hazelnuts. Notes of dried banana lead to crystallised violets.

Taste Rich tropical fruit flavours give way to subtle aniseed and milk chocolate. Cracked black pepper comes to the fore alongside Seville orange zest and mature oak.

Finish A medium-bodied finish with toasted almonds and fresh red apples.
